Here in Vancouver, just like most other northern hemisphere folks, when summer turns to fall we slowly begin to pull out our layers and darker colours. It is my favourite season for clothing.

This tote is attired and ready.

The hand dyed, antique black front pocket is set against rich black bullhide…and tied together with dark brown straps. A trace of summer can be found at the base in the all natural, vegetable tanned leather. It will darken over time to a rich shade of caramel.

There is a message for you too…one that mirrors how I feel at the start of every September. Newness.
