A beautiful characteristic to vegetable tanned leather is its inherent nature to absorb whatever it is exposed to. It loves the light and will suntan even on a cloudy day or sitting on a ledge by the window. So, though the Wrinkle Tote begins almost white in colour, you can be sure that her destiny is a gorgeous caramel. The change is so subtle and natural that you will enjoy every stage of the process. Any marks that are made are soon to disappear into the darkening and softening of the bag. 

The base of the The Wrinkle Tote is a thick vegetable tanned leather that allows her to stand up wherever you set her down. The long straps make it easy to tuck the tote under your arm as well as access the inside of the bag without taking it off your shoulder. Because the majority of the bag is made with the thinnest vegetable tanned leather, it is very lightweight.
